2nd Shift Work Order Compliance Specialist – Night Owls Welcome!📍 Location: Onsite at Praxis Packaging – Grand Rapids, MI🕓 Schedule: 2nd Shift | Full-Time | 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing
Review final batch record paperwork to ensure FDA compliance (21CFR Part 211)
Collaborate across departments (Production, Customer Service, Account Managers) to make sure documentation is clean, complete, and customer-ready
Confirm yield requirements and material accountability match expectations
Handle discrepancies quickly and professionally
Create Certificates of Compliance and release batches once all checks are complete
Respond to customer questions and requests for documentation
Upload and share completed records via secure portals or email
Support sample documentation and shipment prep
Maintain accuracy in ERP systems and help us continuously improve
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
✅ High school diploma or equivalent✅ 1–3 years of quality, compliance, or documentation experience✅ Strong organizational and time management skills✅ Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload✅ Familiar with MS Office; ERP experience is a bonus✅ Clear and confident communication skills
