AR Specialist
A leading Third Party Logistics Fulfillment and Warehouse firm is seeking a highly skilled and organized AR Specialist to join our team on a full-time, in person basis, 40 hours weekly. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payables and receivables processes. This includes processing invoices, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and contractors
- Reconcile payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve any payment issues or inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
- Participate in the development and improvement of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the management team
