What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the day-to-day operations and care of the property. You will:
- Collaborate with a team of skilled maintenance professionals to keep the property in excellent condition.
- Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, using your expertise in general repairs and troubleshooting.
- Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
- Light carpentry, general electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, spackle, painting, and flooring repairs.
- Apartment turnover preparation, including cleaning and readying units for new residents.
- Common area upkeep and trash removal.
- Snow and ice removal, as needed.
- Respond to emergency repairs promptly and participate in an on-call rotation.
