PRC Management Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to join their team at Edgewater Apartments in Long Branch, NJ. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with a team of skilled maintenance professionals to keep the property in excellent condition.
2. Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues using expertise in general repairs and troubleshooting.
3. Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
4. Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including:
1. Light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, spackle, painting, and flooring repairs.
2. Apartment turnover preparation, including cleaning and readying units for new residents.
4. Snow and ice removal as needed.
5. Respond to emergency repairs promptly and participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in general maintenance or apartment maintenance.
• Technical ability to diagnose and repair various issues with attention to detail.
• Positive, respectful attitude and ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Own tools necessary for the job.
