We are seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee two luxury apartment buildings in the heart of Jersey City. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, providing exceptional tenant services, and creating a vibrant community that residents love calling home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Operations: Lead all leasing efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies on tenant qualification, screening, and documentation. Oversee application processing and other leasing functions to maintain high-quality operations.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for resolving resident issues, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining PRC's reputation.
- System Management: Ensure Yardi information is accurate and up-to-date to support seamless property management.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with staff to develop and maintain a comprehensive Procedures Manual and enforce community guidelines.
- Resident Engagement: Create and implement community retention initiatives to build a strong sense of belonging among residents. Organize events and activities that enhance the living experience.
- Maintenance Coordination: Partner with the maintenance team to ensure all amenities are well-maintained and residents' needs are met.
- Legal & Compliance: Manage tenant compliance by issuing Notices to Cease and coordinating with Legal as necessary.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, competitive properties, and support marketing efforts to attract and retain tenants.
- Concierge Oversight: Lead the concierge team to ensure top-tier service across both buildings.
