The position of New Accounts Specialist ensures outstanding experiences through interactions with our customers during the set up and implementation of their shipping account with FirstMile. The New Accounts Specialist works in conjunction with FM Sales, Customer Support, the New Accounts Manager and Leadership to help implement the customer and to set them up for success. The hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (hours may vary based on the needs of the business).
Pay: $19 - $20 an hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete implementation of new accounts, including but not limited to; system setups, follow ups on any and all important items, and audits
- Understand and meet the needs of new and existing customers throughout the USA
- Work with all internal teams to audit, follow and ensure success, and continue shipping for our customers
- Work with the Customer Success Representatives to provide the most seamless hand off for New Accounts, as possible
- Work in conjunction with sales and management to ensure we are using best practices and SOP’s in our new account process
- Speak with customers to ensure their experience with FirstMile is meeting or exceeding expectations
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Have a Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field (product implementation, administrative services, customer onboarding, etc)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent computer and data entry skills required
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce automation systems experience a plus
