Job Overview :

Open Range, a leading construction company, seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will manage and process all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely transaction processing. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's financial health by managing invoicing, payments, collections, and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable :

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage the approval workflow for all invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all payables transactions and update the accounting system accordingly.
• Prepare and process checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
• Collaborate with the procurement and project management teams to verify purchase orders, contracts, and change orders.
