Job Opportunity:
Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to advance your career? Condominium Associates is seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the operations of our managed communities. We are looking for candidates with a solid technical background, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical repairs, including, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Address basis maintenance tasks, including minor irrigation repairs and blowing off the grounds and patio area
- Assist with residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Oversee and manage the garbage dumpsters on a daily basis
- Assist with sinple maintenance projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand the English language
- Active Florida Driver's License
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or a relevant degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a relevant setting.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capable of climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
