We are a home health and hospice agency providing services in patient homes in 22 counties throughout Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs including home health, hospice, palliative care, and outpatient services. We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Sheboygan, and Appleton. Are you a REGISTERED NURSE (RN) interested in working 2 days per week and getting paid for 5 days and receiving full-time benefits?
Work 24 hours per weekend--12 hours every Saturday and 12 hours every Sunday--and get paid for 36 hours!! We are currently in need of a weekend Hospice Baylor Registered Nurse position
to cover our Northeastern Wisconsin territories:
Winnebago, Fond du Lac, Sheboygan, Manitowoc Counties.
Job Requirements:
Carry a current licensure in field of practice in the State of Wisconsin
2 years of RN level nursing experience preferred
Excellent communication skills with patients, families, facility staff, doctors, and teammates
Ability to work independently
Good organization and effective time management skills
Willingness to travel to meet patient needs
Compliance with documentation standards and regulations
Prior hospice experience preferred, but does not affect eligibility to apply
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Admitting new clients to our services
Performing routine nursing visits
Providing wound care
Setting up and reconciling medications
Providing catheter care
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Excellent communication skills with clients, families, doctors, facility staff, and co-workers is a must to be successful in this role
Ability to work independently
Good organization and time management skills are also critical
