As a fast growing food tech AI kitchen management company for the food service industry with entities in Germany, India and our headquarters in the US. At our entity in Munich we want to expand our Sales team. We are therefore looking for an experienced Account or Sales Executive whose next professional step is to develop into a German and European Sales Leader. We offer a hybrid working model with low hierarchies and "hands-on" mentality with an open-minded feedback culture defining our best practice.
As the Senior Sales Executive for the DACH & UK, Ireland Market, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team and create suiting strategies for targeting the multi unit food service from 20-200 units.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Build, manage, and mentor a small, but high-performing sales team from the ground up.
- Responsible for the sales process from the identification of a prospective customer to the conclusion of the contract
- Localize and adapt existing sales materials and strategies from the US market to fit the European, especially the UK&Ireland and DACH market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and customer success.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS with AI functionality or in foodservice sales.
- Knowledge of professional kitchen software- or equipment-sales preferred
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the European market and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel mostly across UK&Ireland, DACH and Europe as needed.
- Proficiency in English and German is mandatory
