Quality Assurance Officer – Must Have Experience Working at an ABA Therapy Provider
Reports to : Clinical Director
Collaboration with : All Agency Staff
Job Description :
The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for reviewing clinical treatment and relevant documentation, implementing progressive improvements, and summarizing findings for the Clinical Director. This role ensures compliance with industry standards and enhances the quality of care provided by the agency.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and Review Agency Guidelines & Protocols :
Intensity of care guidelines
Assessment and treatment protocols, including caregiver involvement and discharge proceduresData collection systemsDocumentation templatesAudit Clinical Documentation :Review session notes, treatment plans, and other treatment-related documents for accuracy and compliance
Conduct Performance Reviews :Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
qualifications :
A minimum of 1 year of experience working at an ABA therapy provider is requiredDemonstrated ability to collaborate with others and provide feedback professionallyEssential Knowledge & Skills :
