Quality Assurance Officer
Reports to : Clinical Director
Collaboration with : All Agency Staff
Job Description :
The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for reviewing clinical treatment and relevant documentation implementing progressive improvements and summarizing findings for the Clinical Director. This role ensures compliance with industry standards and enhances the quality of care provided by the agency.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and Review Agency Guidelines & Protocols :
Intensity of care guidelines
Review session notes treatment plans and other treatmentrelated documents for accuracy and compliance
Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
