Job Description:
As a Home Health Care Marketing and Sales Representative, you will be integral in driving the growth of our home health agency by establishing and nurturing key relationships with referral sources like physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and community organizations. Your focus will be on promoting our comprehensive home health services, successfully converting leads into patient placements, and creating and updating marketing materials to support our outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and build relationships with potential referral sources through outreach calls, in-person visits, and networking events to generate new patient referrals.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling, informative presentations to healthcare professionals that highlight the benefits of our services while addressing their specific needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, community outreach programs, and promotional materials.
- Create and Update Marketing Materials: Develop and regularly update marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.) to ensure they align with the latest services, promotions, and industry standards.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources by providing exceptional customer service, regular patient progress updates, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales activity, performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Marketing and sales experience required, with a proven track record in driving sales growth, preferably within the home health industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of the healthcare landscape, including referral patterns and insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within your assigned territory.
- Speaks Spanish (Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse client populations and referral sources).
