Precipart is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our detail-oriented Accounting Team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk you will efficiently process and manage incoming payments received while using analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies. In this role, you’ll also provide essential accounting and administrative support, helping to ensure smooth financial operations. This position follows a set schedule of three 8-hour days per week between Monday and Friday. If the last business day of the month falls outside of your regular schedule, you will be required to either work an additional day or adjust your schedule to ensure coverage for month-end processes.
Responsibilities
- Post customer’s payments by recording checks, wires, ACH and credit card transactions
- Deposit customer’s checks via check scan
- Monitor customer’s accounts daily to ensure timely payment is received and in line with our sales terms
- Verifies validity of customer’s accounts discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service department and customer
- Resolves valid or authorized deductions
- Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following deduction procedure.
- Satisfy customer’s inquiries concerning their account
- Invoice customers through our ERP system
- Upload Customer’s invoice via customer’s portal
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Accounts Receivable
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate, verbally and written, effectively with team members, cross-functionally, and with customers.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATION
- Experience with manufacturing ERP systems
PAY RANGE $23.00 to $28.00 an hour
