Job Title: Customer Service / Data Entry Representative
Location: Pico Rivera, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Data Entry Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer support while accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately input and update customer and order information in internal databases
- Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed to appropriate departments
- Review data for errors and make corrections as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data integrity
- Be able to handle a high volume of emails
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a similar role
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail – 10 key typing, and 45 words per minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or other data management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work 3 rotated bi-monthly schedules: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Team player
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
- Familiarity with data entry software or spreadsheets
