Sales Account Executive

National recruiting team looking for a self-motivated, goal oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Sales Representative for our San Diego market who is eager to work with a top-notch fast growing recruiting agency.

We are looking for:

• An individual who thrives in a business development and outbound sales environment
• Bilingual - Spanish / English
• Who has a strong business customer service skills
• Strong communicator with excellent problem resolution skills
• Previous staffing industry or sales experience is helpful
• Team Player
• 1 years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Someone who is looking for uncapped commission pay

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets, monthly & quarterly expectations.
• Design and implement self strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Generate and develop new leads.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service – give fantastic service to existing customers.
• Make outbound sales call and be able to close the deal.
• Take ownership and acts decisively to solve problems and deliver results.
• Provide customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and business relationships.
