Data Strategist, Jr.

We are seeking a Data Strategist with a strong background in data organization, process optimization, and technical documentation to drive efficiency across enterprise knowledge systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to synthesize complex technical data into structured, accessible, and actionable formats.

Duties:

• Act as a project manager for data-driven initiatives, coordinating across multiple departments to develop efficient knowledge structures and reporting frameworks.
• Synthesize technical data from SMEs and stakeholders to develop value-driven knowledge strategies that enhance operational decision-making.
• Analyze and optimize data structures, ensuring information is stored, tagged, and categorized for maximum usability and retrieval.
• Participate in developing strategic insights, aligning data organization strategies with broader organizational goals.
• Develop structured workflows to support data governance, metadata tagging, and information retrieval systems.
• Manage document and content lifecycle processes, ensuring continuous refinement and accessibility of critical knowledge assets.
• Provide analytical insights on historical data trends to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
• Balance multiple high-priority tasks, ensuring timely execution of deliverables while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Experience:

• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex technical content into structured, user-friendly formats.
• Experience in metadata tagging, structured data organization, and enterprise knowledge management.
• Superb written and analytical communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with engineers and technical teams to enhance user experience, refine content, and structure technical information for clarity and efficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, balancing workload and shifting priorities effectively.

Desired Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical field or a related field.
