We are looking for a Program / Project / Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our customer in Patuxent River, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as possess the following education and experience :
Functional Description : Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program / project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft / weapon / project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program / project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Required Experience : Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional
Required Education : Journeyman - BA / BS degree.
Allowable Substitution(s) : An Associate Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. OR 2. Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $67,765.76 - $115,625.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
