We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support our customer in Crane, IN. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:
Duties:
- Manage, organize and coordinate the planning and execution of manufacturing activities for the manufacture of DoD airborne assets. Ensure quality products and services are delivered.
- Track project process and control. Analyze the impact or potential impact of missed or inadequate deliverables on project accomplishment. Develop and present reports on analysis findings. Review and track metrics.
- Implements logistics plans, databases, and support files to support system fielding.
- Plan and manage all aspects of the project and ensure the execution and continuous improvement of the process.
- Provide product support and logistics expertise to procure, track, forward position, stock, store, and issue material as needed for the project.
- Collaborate with, but not limited to, Engineers, Engineering Technicians, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progression and success.
- Provide applicable information for failure reporting and corrective action summary.
Desired Education:
- BA/BS in Business Administration preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
Desired Experience:
- 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or DoD preferred

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,958.65-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
