Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our corporate team in Lexington Park, Maryland. This role involves assisting with daily operations, managing human resource data, and establishing relationships with company personnel and management.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the integration of new employees into the organization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource records.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, visitors, callers, and business professionals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in providing services support while maintaining confidentiality.

Education and Work Experience

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and 2-4 years of relevant work experience is necessary.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in a business office setting.

Security Clearance and Other Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
