Keystone Turbine Services (KTS), a division of Precision Aviation Group (PAG), is a leader in the MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) industry for general aviation aircraft. Our facility is located in Coatesville, PA, and we have an opening for the General Manager for the facility.
Job Purpose
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and profitability of PAG companies by facilitating various operations activities, managing internal teams and external partners. This position is responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of the assigned facility, leading a team to ensure all Turbine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) occurs on schedule, while maintaining exceptional quality, containing labor and inventory costs and availability.
Key Responsibilities

- Own all aspects of the operation and work with your team to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met, and all areas are clean, orderly, safe, and ready for operation.
- Direct and assign managers/supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations of the Turbine Engine MRO process.
- Manage the oversight of company safety requirements, operations, costs, and quality control of the assigned facility.
- Work collaboratively with a US and internationally based sales force to assure sales forecasts are met.
- Work collaboratively with Supply Chain Manager and team to assure parts are available and vendor services are efficiently supporting operations.
- Work collaboratively with a Quality Manager and team to assure optimal quality in accordance with FAA, US Military, and international requirements.
- Oversee large projects and develop/interpret performance reports.
- Develop and adhere to budgets that support the current and forecast activity.
- Implement changes to facility operations, manufacturing methods, facility layouts, capital equipment, and procedures to ensure corporate goals and customer expectations are met.
- Analyze, recommend, and justify the purchase of capital equipment to support the company's strategic direction and changing technology needs.
- Oversee the overall recruitment and selection of employees in coordination with Human Resources and the facility management team.
- Oversee training and development of employees to meet current and future needs.
- Work with management team to develop present and future job responsibilities and performance expectations.
Working Conditions
Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education, technical school, or multiple years' experience preferred.
Experience: This position requires a strong background in engine shop or related management in an aviation, MRO, or production facility of a similar size, preferably at least ten years, with at least five years in management. Aerospace Turbine MRO field or other related Aerospace field experience is preferred.
