JOB PURPOSE
To produce a reliable, quality, airworthy product at a reasonable cost and optimum turn time while providing the highest quality of workmanship for all work accomplished.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Functions:
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to use drill press, rivet machines, pneumatic press, media blasters, bead breaker, various hand tools and torque wrenches
- Work well with a team and individually
- Work at an individual work bench for long periods of time
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals, and Technical Publications
WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 50 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Equipment Operated: Work with hydraulic presses & pumps, media blasters, dill press, bead breaker, rivet machine, various types of hand tools and torque wrenches.
Work Location: PAG Office on Lake Mirror Road building in Atlanta, GA.
Experience: Any experience or related field preferred.
