PCC Aerostructures includes a large group of sites that offer world-class aerospace assemblies and components. It is a vertically integrated Tier II supplier of build-to-print metallic and composite parts, kits, and assemblies to the global aerospace industry.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payroll for up to 33 company codes
- Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks; calculates gross and net pay amounts (e.g., salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, FLSA Overtime calculations, etc.)
- Maintains payroll-specific records and reconciles data; troubleshoots any issues that arise.
- Assist with preparation of quarterly payroll tax reporting and research and resolve payroll/tax reporting issues.
- Assist with year-end reconciliation of payroll reporting, workers comp reporting and 401k reconciliation.
- Provide guidance to plant HR leaders and Finance staff, answers questions regarding payroll matters.
Knowledge:
- Requires intermediate level skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.
- Multi-state payroll experience highly desired.
- Canadian payroll processing or international payroll experience a plus.
- Works with moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
- Ability to prioritize work with high volume data, meet established deadlines, maintain attention to detail and accuracy, while working in a team or group environment
- Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and written, with customers, employees, and management regarding highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Tax experience including state and local registrations, tax amendments and W2c experience.
Required Skills:
- ADP experience a must, Workforce Now or Vantage preferred
- Experience with ADP Time & Attendance, or eTime
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Teams and Excel. Must understand intermediate level formulas and have the ability to maintain spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under strict deadlines while processing and reconciling multiple payrolls concertedly.
- High regard for cross-functional excellence and integrity in a client service capacity.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
Required Experience:
- 4-6 years payroll experience
- Certifications:
- CPP or FPC Certifications a plus

- Applicants must reside in: Washington, Arizona, Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas, or Texas
- Applicants must reside within 2 driving hours of: Auburn WA, Phoenix AZ, Wilder KY, Nashville TN, Wichita KS, or Dallas/Fort Worth TX
