We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader for our Permaswage site in Gardena, CA.

Precision Castparts Corp. is a market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, forged components, aerostructures, and highly engineered, critical fasteners for aerospace applications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including employee relations, performance management, training & development, leave of absence, compliance, and talent management.
- Ensure the site's HR needs are met efficiently, legally, and in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Develop initiatives to foster a positive work environment, improve employee morale, and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals.
- In-depth knowledge of CA labor law, Wage and Hour, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications (Workday and ADP).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
