RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency. The U.S. export control regulations define a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), and certain categories of Asylees and Refugees.

Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall management and budgetary responsibility for all wax operations in the back end of operations
- Manage new employee training and coordinate with Training Supervisor
- Maintain a safe working environment and assure compliance with all EHS requirements
- Ensure adherence to process control procedures, operating instructions, and all quality control instructions
- Responsible for manufacturing methods improvement, productivity improvements and quality/scrap improvements
- Coordination with Human Resources the staffing and personnel deployment decisions
- Coordination and execution of daily manufacturing schedule for schedule compliance
- Coordinate efforts of Supervisors and Department Leads to solve problems, improve quality, and reduce scrap
- Direct efforts to increase labor utilization and reduce costs
- Ensures a team environment and motivates employees by maintaining a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner
- Interaction with Mold Masters internal support organizations (i.e. engineering, maintenance, 6S & quality) in connection with departmental initiatives
- Mange operations within a three shift facility
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Manufacturing Operations
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Manufacturing Direct Supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in Investment Casting industry preferred
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green card Holder)
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
