Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager with 10 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and process management to improve financial performance across the business. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive and improve financial processes across many businesses. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced organization with the opportunity to make meaningful contributions through financial leadership and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Division budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Leads the FP&A and plant teams in consolidating and reporting the budget and recurring forecasts while managing Division reporting timelines. Oversee the development and coordination of a Division planning schedule, ensuring key stakeholders complete all critical planning activities ahead of Division deadlines.
• Conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage all weekly, monthly, and quarterly Division internal reporting. Develop insightful financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to communicate business performance to senior management.
• Facilitate the preparation of plant quarterly business review presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while supporting locations in their preparation for those reviews.
• Collaborate with Division function leaders to provide financial guidance, ensure effective budget management and informed spending decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to drive financial excellence.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance FP&A processes and data-driven decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
• 10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role. Experience facilitating deliverables with multiple legal entities or businesses a plus.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Expertise in Excel, financial planning software and ERP systems (Oracle EPM and Workday a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in manufacturing industries a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
