Auto Repair Claims Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Precision Claims is seeking talent to fill a Claims Administrator role to process automotive repair claims across the country. Located in downtown Rockford, MI, Precision Claims prides itself on its social, collaborative team atmosphere and strong customer service foundation.
To be successful in this position, the applicant must be detail oriented and possess excellent organization and communication skills. Representatives will be called upon to work independently as well as in a group setting and would ideally have some background in the automotive field (though not required).
BENEFIT DETAILS:
· Starting at $17.00 an hour
· 40 hours per week

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
· Approving and adjusting automotive repair claims based on contract coverage
· Detailing coverage and claims processes to customers and repair facilities
· Gathering customer information by phone to validate coverage and begin the claims process
· Processing claim payments
· Limited data entry
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE
· A minimum High School Diploma or GED
· Excellent customer service skills
· High attention to detail
· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
· Ability to work 9:00AM-5:30 PM Monday and Friday, and 10:00am-6:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; we are closed Saturday and Sundays
· Computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
ADDITIONAL BUT NOT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Background in automotive repair or automotive knowledge
· P&C license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
