The Quality Coordinator will be developing and implementing quality assurance throughout the entirety of Precision's work flow operations.
This position is part of the Compliance department in Bellmore, NY and will be located on-site.
You will be part of the Operations team and report directly to the COO. This role involves overseeing maintenance of high standards of quality within all operational processes to ensure effectiveness in the delivery of compounded medications. In this role, you will have to opportunity to :
Quality Control and Inspection :
Conduct inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Use measurement tools and equipment to ensure products meet specified tolerances and standards.
Testing and Analysis :
Perform routine testing and quality checks on products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, test results, and quality data.
Compliance and Standards :
Support internal and external audits as required.
Process Improvement :
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
Equipment Maintenance :
Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Training and Support :
Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
