Precision Concrete Cutting is the global leader in trip hazard removal and sidewalk maintenance. We specialize in preserving sidewalk infrastructure and ensuring ADA compliance for municipalities, HOAs, and other property managers. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid role as an Executive Sales Assistant with a clear pathway to becoming a Municipal Account Manager.

About the Role

This position combines administrative support with sales-related responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to learn the business while directly contributing to our growth. If you’re organized, ambitious, and eager to step into a client-facing role in the municipal sector, this is the role for you.

As you gain experience, you’ll transition into managing high-value municipal accounts, working directly with public agencies to help them maintain safe and compliant sidewalk infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Manage and update the CRM system (Pipedrive) with accurate lead, client, and opportunity data.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations.
  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and finalizing proposals for municipal clients.
  • Conduct research on new leads and opportunities, focusing on public works departments.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.

Administrative Support

  • Organize and manage schedules, emails, and travel for the leadership team.
  • Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings, team events, and sponsored activities.
  • Provide general office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Growth to Municipal Account Manager

  • Shadow sales managers to understand the municipal sales cycle.
  • Build relationships with municipal clients and assist in account management.
  • Transition to managing smaller municipal accounts within 12-18 months.
  • Develop expertise in ADA compliance and public works processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant role (e.g., Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, Office Manager).
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Personality:
  • Ambitious and eager to grow into a client-facing role.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote and in-office).
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Familiarity with public works, ADA compliance, or municipal processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
