Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Bookkeeper to assist with bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookeeping skills. This role is essential to the Office Manager providing support, data entry and much more.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices and accounts payable invoices into quickbooks
- Create invoices
- send invoices to customers
- send statements
- bank deposits
- bank reconcilation
- mail run
- errands as needed
- Update Clockify with jobs
- Updating cost analysis spreadsheet
Experience

- Excellent data entry skills
- Payroll accounting skills
- Proven experience in Bookkeeping required.

- Experience in excel and microsoft word.
- Experience in Construction bookkeeping
- Cost analysis
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
