Summary
This Business Analyst role provides support in the development, implementation, and sustainment of systems and business processes related to Asset Integrity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analysis, reconciliation, and updates of Master Data, including equipment records, functional locations, task lists, BOMs, material masters, and equipment documentation to ensure compliance with Enterprise Information Management Standards
- Facilitate the validation, implementation, and use of business processes related to the Asset Integrity and integration to procurement
- Coordination with other departments on integration points to Asset Integrity, including Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, and IT
- Support of Operations and Maintenance Groups for equipment and maintenance compliance, including :
- Complete any other tasks or activities as assigned
- Support work with business users to :
Review existing processes and procedures and identify areas requiring process improvement
Knowledge & Skills
Master Data Management experience
Scheduling, Planning, and Master Data management within SAP Plant Maintenance
Excellent MS Office Suite Software knowledge - especially Microsoft Excel for the following functionality :
V look-ups
Conditional (IF) function, conditional formatting, dropdowns, groupings, etc.
Pivot Tables / Pivot charts
Analysis for Office
SharePoint Document Management
Excellent research and data analysis skills
Education
4-year undergraduate degree preferred
Experience
2 years of experience with Preventive Maintenance System Administration
Oil and Gas Experience
