Warehouse Specialist

Purpose of Position:

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing various inventory related transactions as requested by the customer.

Accountability:

The Warehouse Specialist reports to the Director of Customer Care. This position has no direct reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Processes daily shipments in accordance with customer requirements and SLA’s.

· Performs device configuration as required for designated orders.

· Processes Receipts through external and internal systems.

· Maintaining inventory accuracy for customer owned equipment.

· Communicate with customer Personnel regarding daily shipments.

· Performing general warehousing activities.

· May perform other duties as assigned.

· ESD and Introduction to ISO Training, other job-related training as required.

Special Requirements and Physical Activity:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Knowledge of MACOLA internal system as it relates to job function

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Can read, write and speak English fluently.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Moderate physical activity.

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Intermediate to advanced computer skills.

· Proficient using Outlook and Microsoft programs.

· Must be able to learn quickly with accurate production.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer deadlines.

· Operation of forklift and other warehouse machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
