We are searching for a full-time, detail-oriented Dispatch Specialist to join the team in our Sanford, FL location. The Dispatch Specialist will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone and email. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Routing and Dispatching: Route customer inquiries, service requests, or issues to the appropriate field member for resolution.
- Communicating with field staff: Asking for extensions, time management of appointments.
- Managing large amounts of phone calls: Handling a high volume of incoming phone calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance.
- Scheduling appointments: Assisting customers in scheduling appointments for services as applicable.
- Checking Appointments: First/Repeat/ISW Checks. Ensuring they're going to the proper employee.
- Multitasking: Balancing multiple communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, to efficiently manage and prioritize customer inquiries.
- Problem resolution: Resolving customer issues, complaints, or problems by finding solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining Customer Records: Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Additional duties or responsibilities may be required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Service Titan experience a plus
Pay Rate: $20/hr USD
Salary : $20
