Multifamily Occupied Tenant Improvement Construction Superintendent
PRECISION GCC is a best-in-class multifamily construction management company with 33 years' experience of excellence in our niche. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with previous experience managing the construction process for an occupied tenant improvement rehab. The property is an occupied Sr. Living facility. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all the site construction activities and City Inspections for the rehab and remodel of a 150-unit building. The scope of work includes but is not limited to installation of new Flooring, New Counter Tops, Landscaping, Interior / Exterior Painting and New Fixtures, Bathroom and Kitchen remodels.
Multifamily Superintendent Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on multi-story occupied multifamily / commercial superintendent experience .
- Outstanding communication skills with a calm professional demeanor
- Our preference is toward an individual who lives within a 30 mile radius of the jobsite in Laughlin.
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents (architectural, structural, mechanical, specifications, etc)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage the tenants' relationships.
- Working knowledge with MS Project and electronic scheduling required
- Previous experience working on wood-framed multifamily construction projects.
