We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of construction projects throughout the Vegas area, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight : Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Team Leadership : Supervise subcontractors, site crews, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Quality Control : Conduct inspections and enforce best construction practices to meet company and industry standards.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Schedule Management : Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to meet deadlines.
- Budget & Cost Control : Monitor costs and work closely with project managers to stay within budget constraints.
- Communication & Coordination : Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and address construction issues promptly to keep projects on track.
