We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional service and support across all aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
- Oversee and manage a small office staff of fewer than 10 team members.
- Ensure office operations and procedures run efficiently.
2. HR Support:
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
- Provide support with employee offboarding and maintaining HR records.
3. Project Assistance:
- Support two project managers with miscellaneous tasks before, during, and after projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, well-organized, and compliant with legal and contractual requirements.
4. Financial Tasks:
- Assist with the collection of overdue invoices.
- Schedule invoices to be sent out according to the status of the job.
5. Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Owner/President of the company with administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed.
6. Relationship Management:
- Serve as a company representative to manufacturer representatives and subcontractors, maintaining professional communication and fostering positive relationships.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in office management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with project managers and company leadership.
- Experience with Monday.com project management a plus
