Precision Heli-Support LLC is looking for an Accounting Clerk for our site in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties:
- Inputting financial transactions into accounting software.
- Processing customer invoices.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
- Assist in monthly inventory reports.
- Assist in Processing payroll.
- Maintain organized records.
Skills: Attention to detail, Proficiency with computers and some knowledge of accounting software and other applications. Good math and organizational skills.
