Position Overview
The Medical Records Courier plays a critical role in securely transporting sensitive patient documents while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies. This position requires strong attention to detail reliability and professionalism when interacting with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport Medical Records Pick up and deliver medical records and confidential documents between hospitals clinics and healthcare providers.
- Ensure Confidentiality & Compliance Follow all HIPAA regulations to protect patient information.
- Maintain Documentation & Tracking Keep accurate records of deliveries pickups and required signatures.
- Vehicle Maintenance Maintain a clean safe and wellfunctioning vehicle.
- Timeliness Complete all deliveries and pickups according to a set schedule.
- Customer Service Provide professional and courteous interactions with healthcare staff.
- ProblemSolving Address delivery issues such as delays or missing documents promptly.

Skills : Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely. Excellent communication and time management skills. Comfort with using mobile devices, GPS, and tracking systems. Licensing : Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
