Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Phone Operator to join our team in a luxury hospitality radiology practice. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and with professionalism, embodying the luxury brand of our practice.
- Utilize advanced phone systems to ensure clear, effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to callers, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Maintain thorough records of all calls, messages, and necessary data entry tasks in an organized manner.
- Demonstrate impeccable phone etiquette, ensuring a warm and engaging experience for every caller.
- Handle clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and dispatching information as required.
- Support multilingual communication efforts, offering assistance to non-English speaking clients whenever applicable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a phone operator or similar role, preferably in a luxury, hospitality, or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using advanced phone systems and technology.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on refined phone etiquette.

Requirements
