Area of Responsibility: The SAP Process Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP processes related to customer creation, order entry, order acknowledgement, order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping. This role requires a high sense of urgency and attention to detail along with a collaborative spirit to work with other functions on the rapid and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Accountabilities:
- Learn and become proficient in SAP processes pertinent to customer creation, order entry, order acknowledgement, order fulfillment, invoicing and shipping.
- Input new customer information into SAP.
- Enter all Precision Laboratories, Lamberti USA and other customer orders accurately into SAP in a timely manner.
- Manage and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Distribute essential documents and information to internal and external customers to ensure orders are processed in a timely fashion.
- Generate and prepare delivery documentation, including picking lists, packing slips, and bills of lading (BOL).
- Verify that picked orders have been shipped to facilitate timely billing processes.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and confirm the presence of corresponding accounting documents in SAP.
- Implement additional controls as needed to ensure the smooth operation of SAP flows.
Required Minimum skills:
- Experience in data entry and working with SAP.
- Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage time effectively.
- Strong history of collaboration, analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a customer centric work environment.
- Process oriented, with demonstrated experience in efficiently managing workflow.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Work is primarily performed in an indoor office setting with extended periods at a computer sitting or standing.
- Physical effort is needed to move, lift, or carry office equipment or supplies.
- Occasionally lift 10-15 lbs.
- Use of computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, and other office equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
