Precision is seeking Landscape Crew Members.
This position will start mid April and go thru the end of November and then will be on-call during the winter months for snow removal.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing manual labor tasks that involve physical bending, kneeling, and/or squatting repetitively to create unique outdoor living spaces.
- Some of the types of projects include, but are not limited to, hardscape projects (pavers, walls and outdoor kitchens) and soft scape projects (rock/mulch, edging, plantings, sod/seed and grading work).
- Crew members will use hand and power tools to implement designs on customer properties based on their foreman’s directions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of landscape operational procedures.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs individually, and 80 lbs, with assistance for a variety of circumstances.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment such as saws, blowers, sod cutters, tampers and snow equipment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Work well individually and with others.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
