Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Softscape Foreman to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, particularly in softscaping, which includes the installation and maintenance of plants, soil, and other organic materials. As a Softscape Foreman, you will lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of softscape projects from start to finish.
- Lead and manage a team of 2-5 landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and maintain schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for plant selection and placement.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
