Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is a hybrid of inside phone sales and on-the-go, in-person sales, where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and increasing revenue for our landscaping services. Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales (Phone/Email/Virtual):
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Effectively sell landscaping services to potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and inquiries.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and close deals over the phone or via virtual meetings.
- Track sales activity and customer communications in CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and opportunities are not missed.
- In-Person Sales (Field Sales):
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities by meeting with potential clients, assessing their landscaping needs, and presenting custom proposals.
- Perform on-site visits to understand the landscape needs of potential clients, providing accurate estimates, and presenting services offered.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through face-to-face visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Attend local community events, home shows, or networking groups to generate leads and promote our services.
- Sales & Account Management:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through a combination of inside and outside sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through project completion.
- Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure sold services are executed on time and within budget.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our full range of services and stay updated on industry trends to offer clients the best possible solutions.
- Process new client contracts and keep clients informed about the status of their projects.
- Commission & Performance-Driven:
- Earn an uncapped 3% commission on all new sales, giving you the opportunity to earn significantly beyond your base salary based on performance.
- Proactively seek ways to drive revenue and maximize earnings through consistent sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, home services, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable with both phone-based sales and in-person meetings.
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other sales-related tools.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
