Precision Medical a global leader in medical device manufacturing, specializing in the design and production of precision-engineered respiratory equipment is seeking a Human Resources Manager . This is a great opportunity to build an HR department from the ground up from a leadership, strategy and hands-on perspective.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities and functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance as well as training and development.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities :
Establish and develop the HR department, supporting its growth and evolution.
Provide data-driven HR metrics and reporting to support compliance, process improvement, and business performance.
Design and implement recruitment strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements by maintaining an accurate HR database and employee records.
Serve as the primary contact for HR-related employee concerns, complaints, and disputes.
Mediate conflicts between employees and management, ensuring fair and professional resolution.
Foster a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement and morale.
Advise supervisors on employee performance reviews and support performance management efforts.
Collaborate with management to address underperformance and implement corrective actions.
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Manage workers compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and disability accommodations.
Human Resources ManagerRequirements :
Must have a well-rounded HR skillset includingrecruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance as well as training and development to be considered.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Proficiency with HR software, employee management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience analyzing and producing reports containing HR metrics.
Experience drafting and reviewing HR policies and employee handbooks.
