What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Client Happiness Specialist position at Precision Pilates & Wellness?
FRONT DESK / ADMIN ASSISTANT
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible welcoming and saying goodbye to all clients, basic customer service tasks, for creating a great experience for each prospect or client who walks through our doors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet Every Person Enthusiastically As They Enter The Facility
- Check Clients In For Every Session/class
- Handle Paperwork (MindBody, Liability Forms, Etc.)
- Attend all Team Meetings & Trainings
- General Client-Related Customer Service (Emails & Phone, social media)
- Confirms Schedule & Updates On Time
- Process Payments For Clients
- At the beginning of every shift, make sure bathrooms are adequately stocked with supplies (toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels)
- General Tidying As Needed (Including Front Door, Display Areas, Water stocked in fridge, wipe down reformers, Storage Bins, Waiting Area, swifer tower rooom, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS: High school work permit. Must LOVE working with people, friendly, and be organized and detailed-oriented. Must be well versed on computer and programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive etc.
REQUIRED TRAINING:
- Precision Pilates and Wellness Mission & Core Values
- Precision Pilates and Wellness Expectations & Standards
- Training on Member Check-ins and Client Systems
- Expectations For Position (and Necessary Checklists)
- Cleanliness Checklist & Expectations Software Training (MindBody, HighLevlel etc.)
- Training on Phone & Email Scripts
SUPERVISION: Reports to manager
EVALUATIONS: Every quarter
COMPENSATION: $18-22/hour to start, 401K, paid sick, and membership
8:30-12:30 pm 2-3 days per week
