* Track and report project safety data for submission to the Safety Director.
* Support the entry and close-out of incidents and near hits in the client's reporting platform.
* Assist project safety professionals with onboarding new employees and maintaining the employee training matrix.
* Review safety observations, audits, and safety meeting data to identify positive and negative trends in safety and quality performance.
* Audit safety reporting requirements to ensure 100% compliance and accountability.
* Assist field safety professionals with audits and inspections to uphold safety standards.
Requirements
* Experience: 1-5 years in the construction industry, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector and/or data analytics.
* Education: A bachelor's degree in safety, business analytics, or a related field is preferred.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) for data tracking and analysis.
* Analytical Ability: Ability to review, compile, and interpret safety data efficiently.
* Organization & Initiative: Must be well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
* Communication: Strong ability to interact comfortably with all levels of leadership, field employees, and project stakeholders.
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in tracking and reporting safety information.
* Understanding of Safety Regulations: A plus is familiarity with industry safety standards, OSHA compliance, and behavior-based safety programs.
* Business Analytics: Ability to create and maintain new reports and matrices through the use of PowerBi and other business analytics tools.
