SUMMARY
The Project Health & Safety Analyst will play a crucial role in tracking, analyzing, and reporting safety data, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting field safety professionals in maintaining a safe work environment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data and field operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and report project safety data for submission to the Safety Director.
- Support the entry and close-out of incidents and near hits in the client’s reporting platform.
- Assist project safety professionals with onboarding new employees and maintaining the employee training matrix.
- Review safety observations, audits, and safety meeting data to identify positive and negative trends in safety and quality performance.
- Audit safety reporting requirements to ensure 100% compliance and accountability.
- Assist field safety professionals with audits and inspections to uphold safety standards.
