Pay Scale: $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus bonuses

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• 5 years plumbing experience
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing license (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local (Michigan) plumbing codes
• Ability to use tablets and similar technology
• Desire to coach and train others
• Positive approach to growth and development
• Proven experience developing others through mentorship and training
• Strong communication skills
• Organized
• Self motivated
• Strong problem solving skills to diagnose issues and develop solutions
