Precision Point Search is seeking an experienced HVAC BMS Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Automation Systems projects across the New York Metro area.

About the Role:
- We are looking for a skilled engineer with expertise in designing and developing Building Automation Systems using platforms like KMC, Siemens, Distech, and Tridium.
- You will create detailed control system drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD, as well as provide project budgets for materials selected and labor required.
- Your responsibilities will include programming and configuring building automation systems, including controllers, network integration, and user interfaces.
- You will perform system field testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to meet project specifications, and collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- As a technical expert, you will provide support and training to clients and internal teams as needed, and develop standards and processes to increase the overall efficiency of project implementation.
Requirements:
- You must have a Bachelor's degree minimum in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field), and 5 years of experience in building automation systems or controls engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for control system design and schematics is a must, and you should also have certification in Niagara N4, and expert knowledge in all aspects of Niagara N4, including tagging, database, and system internals.
- You should have a strong working knowledge of BACnet, IP networking, VLANS, managed switches, router setup, etc., and a strong understanding of HVAC systems and control strategies.
