Required Skills and Qualifications
- College degree; undergraduate mechanical engineering degree is a plus and MBA is also a plus.
- 5 years minimum in a sales role for a metal stamping or metal forming company preferred.
- Hands-on approach to management and problem-solving.
- Strong sales and marketing and business development experience.
Technical expertise in manufacturing and/or engineering, strong understanding of quality control systems, including ISO9001 quality systems, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and SPC.
